Homework, oh homework I hate you, you stink.
I wish I could wash you away in the sink.
If only a bomb would explode you to bits,
Homework oh homework you're giving me fits.
I'd rather take baths with a man-eating shark,
or wrestle a lion alone in the dark.
Eat spinach and liver, pet ten porcupines,
than tackle the homework my teacher assigns.
Homework oh homework YOU'RE LAST ON MY LIST.
I simply don't see why you even exist.
If you'd just disappear it would tickle me pink.
Homework oh homework I hate you! You stink!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- ICT leaflets, original poems and stories are to be delivered to the Show Office in Augher by Wednesday 1st July at 4pm – these classes are all prejudged in early July.
- All other entries are to be brought to the show grounds on Monday 27th July 2026 between 2pm and 5pm
- All schools are responsible for displaying and collecting their entries
- One car pass will be sent to each school for the day of the show to facilitate the collection of entries at the end of the show between 4pm and 4.30pm
- Schools are responsible for picking up there own entries on the Show Day, quite often children and parents are keen to come and collect items themselves on the day, this should be encouraged from 4pm onwards
- Only one entry per child per class
- Please enter the child's name as well as the school's name when sending in entries
- Please email all entries rather than sending in paper copies to the Show Office: cloghershow27@hotmail.com
